Matthias Naumann

Education: Matthias earned his business degree at the University of St. Gallen and an MBA from the Rensselear Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in New York (US). He joined the BCG Zürich office in 1997 as an Associate. In 1999, he joined the Ambassador Program and spent 18 months in the BCG Sydney office.

Expertise: Matthias mainly focuses on the financial services and travel and tourism industry. Among other projects, he worked on e-commerce activities of an international bank, route profitability and process efficiency of an airline, corporate strategy for a leading insurance company and a retail bank, as well as a salesforce reorganization of an insurance company. He is a core member and active contributor to the global Financial Institutions and Insurance practice groups.

Special interests: In his spare time, Matthias enjoys wake- and snowboarding as well as working on old cars.
